Britt Jansen begon op haar 7e met gitaar spelen en op haar 11e met zingen. Ze ontwikkelde al snel een grote passie voor
muziek, vooral voor het spelen van Blues. Ze speelde samen met Pierre Hendrix (basgitaar) in een akoestisch bluesduo. Na een tijd was er weer behoefte aan een elektrische set en kwam Loes Reiling (drums) erbij.
Naast blues studeert Britt klassiek gitaar aan het conservatorium.
